At BRIO, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
